This Reveyron belt is our top-tier urethane belt, ideal for applications such as eddy current, meat preparation, deboning, metal stamping, optical scanning and automotive. It features a 1.6mm thick top cover with a 92 Shore A durometer rating, offering exceptional wear resistance for stamping applications or conveying metal parts in the automotive industry. The belt provides high dimensional stability across the weft, ensuring a completely flat surface on conveyor systems. The intermediate layer is made of high-grade urethane, allowing for finger-over-finger splices. It complies with FDA regulations and EU recommendations for food transport, including 1935/2004/EC and 2023/2006/EC.
