After a thorough analysis Habasit has adjusted selected values for the polyamide range in the fields: "Tensile force for 1% elongation (k1% after running in)", "Pulley diameter (minimum)" and the "Nominal peripheral force per unit of width".

Should one of these polyamide belts not fit your requirements for the combination of minimal pulley diameter and high strength, Habasit is able to offer you excellent products for these applications with the TC-, TCF-, and the TF- belt range.

Please take note of the change when calculating or selecting products for new applications.

 
TF-Tangential/flat belts
The TF-range offers the belts of choice especially for applications in the textile industry and postal area since many years. The range offers sustainable advantages such as highest uniformity in spindle revolutions, no re-tensioning, lowest energy consumption and long lifetime.

Polyamide power transmission belts
Our complete range of PA (polyamide) power transmission belts is known for its reliability and long service life in the most demanding power transmission applications. Their traction layers are highly resilient and can cope with intermittent overloads which prevents any residual elongation.

A-Flat belts
The A-Range is especilally designed for heavy open drives where a robust design with highest endurance is required.

S-Tangential/flat belts

Polyester power transmission belts

TC-Tangential/flat belts
TC (PET) power transmission belts are the perfect solution for compact driving configurations, serpentine drives, very high speeds, and cope very well with reversed bendings.

TCF-Flat belts
TCF flat belts have been developed based on the TC technology but with one rubber (NBR) friction cover only
for open drives. This unique belts are suitable for very small pulley diameters and high number of reverse bendings
